“Birdie” is a porcelain ball-jointed sculpture – a being balancing between matter and
emotion, body and spirit, fragment and whole. Its articulated joints are not only a formal
construction but also a metaphor for a neurodiverse way of experiencing the world –
scattered, nonlinear, guided by sensitivity, intuition, and the constant act of reassembling
oneself.
“Birdie” speaks of rebirth – of the moment when light emerges from darkness and a lost
identity regains its form and wings. It is a hymn to feminine strength, transformation, and
the unity of human and nature.
